first off.... call your local fair houseing auth. and they have free lawyer advice they will refer you too. . i have just went through all that. and we was staying there for almost a year before the new owners stepped in the picture and then they gave us an extra 30 days. save your money while you are there rent free, and have plenty to move with.. . . be patient you will be fine. you may even find a place that is cheaper per month..

and thats more doggie treats for your puppies.

good luck

Try this website...http://www.fidofriendlyapartments.com/ you can check your individual state to see listings for dog-friendly apartments. If you have good credit, you might be able to negotiate the move-in cost with the landlord. You do have some time. Property doesn't necessarily sell overnight. Check your rental agreement and see if you have some time before you have to move out. Maybe he/she will lt you stay there until it goes into escrow... that will give you some time to save up some money. Offer to help with the "fix-up" of the house to get it ready to show to potential buyers. Good luck with your search.

He can't sell the property with you still living there. He'll have to go through court procedures to have you evicted. This can take up to 6 months. Go to the CAB, they can help you further. And put you name on the local Council/Housing Association list.

Well i guess pray that the sale doesn't go thru. Haven't u got any deposit to come back that u could use for a new place. Have u tried to put yr name down for a council place. Think cos u have dogs might be harder for u, good luck.

You have to go to the council and local housing associations and get on their waiting list. If you have an eviction notice they should be able to help you.

you should go to the citizens advice bureau and the local council, tell them you will be made homeless through no fault of your own and they will rehouse you either in council housing or housing association, live there for a couple of years then buy right to buy for big discount.

Have you found out if it's legal for the landlord to evict you? It might not be.
