Hi

Your question illustrates a common misunderstanding.

Jewish relates to the Jewish RELIGION. Anyone can be a Jew simply by accepting the tenets of that particular religion. Even in the Old Testament of the Bible the rules are given wherein, even way back there, an outsider could become a Jew.

Italy is a country and a nation. It is chock full of people of all colors and backgrounds similarly to other nations.

There is only one race - human. The rest of the definitions border on racism because they would define and classify us by some sort of physical feature. Is there a bald race? Maybe a blue eyed race? How about short, tall, skinny, fat, etc. You get the picture.

Maybe a better art project would to be to show the diversity of today's Italy, not some pre-conceived notion of what a "typical" Italian might look like. Same goes for diversity of peoples within the Jewish religion.

"Normal" is a setting on your dryer and is not present anywhere else!

BTW, I am neither of Italian descent or Jewish.

Any help?

personally, I don't think Jews and Italians differ much physically, only that Italians tend to have darker hair

Judaism is a religion, not a race. Does an Irish Catholic look Catholic or Irish?
