I see the story from a different angle. See where Clinton is now -- and have a look at Monica. A world apart! When you are in politics -- whatever you do -- good or bad, creative or stupid -- it adds up to your name. When you are out -- nothing or almost nothing counts. It was a period of "stress" for the then President. It was a period of distress for the then Monica. Both stories and their interpretations will go down in the story or history books as "non-sense". Hopefully, Clinton made up for his youth energy by plunging himself more in day-to-day world affairs -- specially problem areas like AID's etc. and Monica --who has ever heard recently about Monica -- I hope she does get married, find a partner in life and brings up children. Voila-- my share for an old but unforgettable history!

I think that every president has done something inappropriate like that .
Why was it glamorized when it was Marylin Monroe and JFK??
People were out to get him before the fact. Lying about it was what he should have done because that is what you do when it would destroy someone.. I HATE cheaters and would never forgive my boyfriend. He was the friggen' president and every one in involved were throwing stones from their glass houses. I can not write just what I mean but that is basically the point. (p.s. cheaters should live with their guilt and pain why inflict more pain on the person you love if you are truly sorry and will never do it again?) oops little tangent...anyway at least we can call it a Lewinsky now instead of a B*8 Job it sounds better.

OK. Granted it was wrong for Bill to be screwing around.
But Monica stated at school that she was going to screw him. Then Flowers & the other chick got cranky because they got the flick and dobed on him to make some money.
I think Bill should have been given a kick in the ar-se and the 3 women should have been jailed for trying to bring down a Nation for personal gain.

Its nobodies business bu Bill, Hillary, and Monica. They are all adults. Unlike Mark Foley actions with a 16 and 17 year old boys.

Oh please, isn't this a tired question. I don't believe for one moment that any other President in the world hasn't had one or two "Monica's" in their closet....It's a power thing. Bill just got caught, and was stupid enough to try and hide it. All you have to do is look into history.... Frankly it is and was in between the Mr & Mrs not the Mr & everyone in the world. We all need to move on and quit worrying about who is in whose bed....and make sure that our own front pourch is clean before we start throwing dirt on someone elses....

Damned Shame. Bill was Impeached because he
lied to Congress just to protect his family.
Bush lied to Congress about Weapons of Mass Destruction to start War with Iraq. Bush should still be Impeached.

I think got caught and he lied to get out of it like most men. I might have too considering my sex life is private. as long as I don't go for little boys.

It is not none of my business, more power to him. Wish Clinton was still our President. Mark Foley likes little boys,that is worse than what Clinton did. Saw it on the news this morning.Now what do you have to say.
