I have severe scolisis with a 48r%curve now ( it was 100% before 2 operations) I also have rods in my back . I was wondering if any of you have given birth and how was your pregnancy? I know somethings but need some personal view points

i was wondering the same thing, because i too have rods in my back from scoliosis
i hope when i get pregnant the doctor gives me a choice and doesnt immediately insist on a c section

Both my daughter and I have scoliosis. Neither of us has had extensive treatment for ours because it is not as severe as yours. I raised 4 children, and so has my daughter. Pregnancy meant some backaches, but no major problems with deliveries from the scoliosis. What has your doctor said about your pregnancy and upcoming labor? it's possible you may have to deliver by C-section if you run into problems. I don't know how badly it will affect your labor and delivery. I wish you luck. Follow your doctor's orders.

i have scollioses 2 but mine's not that bad and i havn't had birth and i don't plan 2 for a LLLLLOOOONNNNGGG time
