I had this problem when I went from bar-tending to administration and I did several things to resolve the issue. First coffee is not the only source of caffeine, some sodas and tea also are; cut those out after 12:00 in the afternoon. I also used natural sleep aids such as chamomile or even Tylenol PM if it is a real bad case. I set a schedule and would start winding down at about 7 or 8 in the evening with a shower, then I would watch a little TV or other relaxing activity while I drank the tea or waited for Tylenol to kick in. Every night I would go to bed at 9:00, no TV, no lights, maybe some soft music. Some simple rules are do not go to bed till you are ready to sleep, if your TV is in your room take it out. At first you might lay there for a little while before you go to sleep but eventually your body will adjust to this clock. Just be consistent and when you get up in the morning get as much sunshine as possible and do not do exercises late at night, or eat for that matter...good luck.

me too. I have even tried getting up very early so I'd be so tired I'd be forced into sleeping. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Most times it is at night when I want to do things or I just have way too much to do that I am doing them into all hours at night. I would definitely recommend starting to wake up at 8am everyday and in bed by 9ish. Keep doing it until eventually you won't even need to look at the clock to know you have to be in bed because you will actually have set your internal clock.

let me know if you find something better!

p.s also be weary of caffeine to late in the day
