George Herbert Walker Bush was the 41 President of the USA, was a fighter pilot for the US Navy during WWII in the Pacific, was shot down, but was rescued.

He was not a good president, he failed to capitalize on the Reagan revolution. As a result he lost the election to Bill Clinton. He had to work very hard to do this, Clinton was an unknown governor from a small state.
After his defeat he tore up his NRA card because the NRA refused to endorse him. A good example of why he lost, he forgot who put him there.

He was among other things threatened by Saddam Hussein, thats what his son is taking care of now , as he promised his father to ,- if he got to the president chair. And he did...Too sad we all pay that bill.

I didn't think he was a great president. Great compared to Democrats, of course.
But he & Barbara sure raised a strong, brave, proud, and honorable son.
Little Bush does not back down. He does not "Cut & Run".
He does not "Surrender".
He makes the girley Democrats squeal & whine.
