I think all magazines have a target market but to say that a particular magazine is for a certain ethnicity or group of people is very narrow minded and should word spread that a magazine were for a specific group of people it could cause circulation and subscription problems for the publishers.

Of course....I had that magazine when I was a kid. It was the only one that has New Edition and Heavy D on the cover.
