I'm having some trouble with my chemisrty homework and all I know is the answer is 1.19, but we have to show work so if you do get that answer can you explain or show how you got that answer (please and thank you)

When 121g of antifreeze was added to 400ml of water, the resulting solution's volume was 437ml. What is the specific gravity of this solution?

You know you have 121 g of antifreeze. You know (or should know) that 1 ml water = 1 g, so you have 400 g of water. Your total weight is 521 g, which occupies 437 ml, so you have 521g/437ml, or 1.19 g/ml.
