how do i check this problem after I already solve it; 4/5(-3) -3 = 9/5(-3)?

4/5(-3)-3 = 9/5(-3)

you do the specified operations on each side of the equal sign; then if they are equal you've demonstrated that your solution is correct.

4/5 times -3 = -12/5
-12/5 -3 = -12/5 -15/5 = -27/5

9/5 times -3 = -27/5

so -27/5 = -27/5, and yes your solution is correct!

-49/15 = -9/15
