the one i use (loreal) is ok but it usually runs when i put it on can u suggest any other better brand?

Maybelline Eye Express Easy Lining Pen (blue & gold package) - I've used it for years. It's easy to apply, & once it dries (in a few seconds) it stays put as long as you don't really rub your eyes.

if u want a less-pricey brand then try the maybelline microliner thingy- its like a felt tip, goes on smooth and stays put for ages. if u have sensitive skin then use clinique. if u want an expensive brand then the best bet is a brand like mac, bobbi brown, nars etc. other companies like lancome etc. also have great eyeliners but because lancome and l'oreal are from the same parent company most of the time u feel like u are using the same thing!

Maybelline Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner is what I use and it stays put and doesn't run.My eyes get watery every once in a while and I wear contact lenses so this is the best I've found that works.

Artliner by Lancome or a liquid liner by Chanel. Both are good and come in several colours.

I love Artliner by Lancombe. It is about 25 dollars, but it lasts a long time. Even in really humid weather, it stays put.
