you don't need any specific stamps, just the right amount. besides, if you are sending to other countries, it is best to go to a post office directly and deal with it person to personl.

If you are in the U.S., you can send a letter that weighs one ounce or less to any address in the world for 84 cents. (You don't need any "special" stamps; any combination of stamps that add up to 84 cents is okay.)
Letters to Canada and Mexico from the U.S. can be mailed for 63 cents. The entire rest of the world is 84.

click on your countries postal website and look for a section about international rates. Keep in mind, as an earlier answer said, you don't need particular stamps, as long as they have your country name on them and the values add up to the amount shown in the rates list.
