132 -(-21)= 132 + 21
45 - (-21)= 45 + 21
so the problem should now be shown
(132 +21) + (45 + 21)
then 153 + 66= 219
or -(-219) hahaha

132-(-21)+45-(-21) start with 132-(-21) what that means is just 132+-(-21) and the negitive sign just means opposite. the opposite of negitive 21 is 21 so 132+21. this is the same thing for 45-(-21)
132+21+45+21
219

They always say two negatives don't make a positive, but that's not so in math! If you're minus a negative you're gonna be a positive person!
132 minus -21 = 153
153 plus 45 = 198
198 minus -21= 219
