Of course a police man or woman can get arrested and they would be arrested by a fellow officer or, depending on the crime, the FBI.
The president can also be arrested.
In the United States, no one is above the law.

I think that everyone can get arrested. Yes, even the president. (Just look at Bush!! Drunk driving twice! Well, he wasn't president yet, but...) No, in the police officer's situation, another Police officer would probable do the arresting. A cop in my area got arrested for soliciting minors a few years ago and he got arrested. Kind of scary, thinking of him meeting all the people he sent to jail in jail itself!!

yes policemen can get arrested, fellow policemen can arrest them example of this a policeman gets caught driink driving, then the policeman that wason duty can arrest him! not sure about the president though!
