NO chiropractor involved I just do it all the time every other day and is like a really hard clunk sometimes it it jarring.

I certainly hope not. I do it every day.. how do you crack yours?

I pull back my shoulders and lift the chest, and slowly move my neck back (not necessarily in a arching motion, but laterally).. you can hear a slight crunch.

Some ppl just grab their head and chin, and then quickly twist their neck to one side, like the exorcist. You hear a loud crack.. now that just doesn't seem right.

Yes. The sound you hear is the vertebrae clicking and the nerves popping. In case you didn't get that, it's a bad thing.

you are simply moving the fluid around but generally speaking if the popping is jarring it is probably not that good for you.
