I think this is what you have to do:

Rena DESPERATLY wanted to get a part in her school's production of "The Diary of Anne Frank". She was EXTREMELY nervous about auditioning, and she NERVOUSLY awaited the day for tryouts. To prepare herself, she QUICKLY scanned the play over the weekend. VIGOROUSLY she went back and BRIEFLY studied the role of Anne. FINALLY, she began to understand how it must have felt to live in hiding for so long. She wondered if she could SUCESSFULLY portray the girl who had VIVACIOUSLY written the diary.

An adverb is a word that is used to modify a verb (just as an adjective is used to modify a noun). Adverbs can also modify adjectives or other adverbs, but that doesn't occur in the paragraph you were given, so don't worry about that right now.

Adverbs include most words that end in "ly," such as:
carefully, easily, eagerly, badly, questionably, rarely, clumsily, really, etc., etc.

Some common adverbs do NOT end in "ly." For example:
very, soon, fast

that should give you enough information to fill in the blanks. In fact, some of the examples I've given can be used in some of the blanks. Just try not to use boring adverbs, and don't use the same adverb over and over.

Good luck!

P.S. Some of the other responders have simply done your homework for you. PLEASE, PLEASE choose the adverbs yourself and think about the meaning you are giving to the paragraph. This will make it an important learning experience for you, and will make you a better communicator for the rest of your life.
