you can also use a degreaser avalible at any auto parts store-use anything made for getting gunk off motors-this will eat the oil and let ya wipe it up easy-just a warning though have a fan ready cause some of that stuff has a potent smell and will buzz ya up real quick

I would start by cleaning the oven with non-chlorinated brake cleaner,(available at any auto parts store), then scrub it with hot water and soap then run it through a self cleaning cycle. If a self cleaning cycle is not available, I would set it on bake at the highest temp and let it run for an hour or so. Let it cool off and wash it again.
Just my opinion, I could be wrong.

get a big pan put a lot ot dish soap in it with water put the oven on 450 until there is 1/2 the stuff in the pan then clean the walls
