i need a complete list of all the elements essential for life but i cant find anythin. help please!!

That depends what you mean by life. For example, some people consider computer viruses to be life forms, and they don't require any elements to live (only some kind of medium to run on).

As for terrestrial life, at the bare minimum it requires oxygen, hydrogen, carbon and nitrogen. Probably also sulfur and phosphorus, possibly calcium.

Our life is carbon based. Carbohydrates, fats and proteins contain hydrogen and oxygen too. Proteins also contain nitrogen, and some have sulfur. Bones have calcium and phosphorus. Hemoglobin also contains iron. The thyroid needs iodine. We also need magnesium, sodium, potassium, a little chromium and manganese, copper and chlorine are also found in the body.

Check a multivitamin bottle to see what minerals they put in.
