no nothing at all changes. You can not tell if a boy has had sex by looking at them. A doctor cannot tell nothing occurs that will mark a boy as having had sex. So the question of virginity is dependent solely on the word of the young man.

Nothing visual changes however they experience a physical sensation unlike anything that has happened to them before. The main change is psychological (I can do this) but that is also the danger because it gives them an "OK" to participate in sex outside of marriage (and we know that can create a multiplicity of problems for them and their partner).
