why am i the only one that sees it?? any suggestions??

i started working at deby's gluten free cafe and bakery, there's dishwasher boy that i caught stealing silverware, and of course he denied it to the owner, and yesterday he was pusing buttons on the cash register, i told him not to do it agian because, he found a button that opened it, about 5 minutes later, he points to this 20 doller bill lying on the floor next to the kicthen and the bathrooms, and i think he took it from the cash register, i told the owner about it, but i think if he keeps up with stealing and i'm the only one that see's it, i'm afraid they won't belive me

keep a log of what he does
when he does it and who you told
then when they decide to act on the thefts you will have your
documentation showing that you did try to tell them

oh well, things happen. do something about it or do nothing at all. otherwise just forget about it
