OK, first you need a foot file to get rid of the dry skin. Gently does it though, at each showertime. Then massage your feet with oil, one that absorbs well like vitamen E oil. Follow with a pair of clean socks and the heat will allow the oil to soak in well. If you can, do this overnight for best results

There really is no cure, per say, but here are some helpful tips and products:

Before you go to bed at night, use a very rich moisturizer on your feet and then apply heavy socks. Bliss has a set for hands and feet with specially designed socks that really allow the product to penetrate. You can also do it the old fashioned way by applying petroleum jelly (or the baby oil gel) and the old thick cotton socks. Some other great foot creams are by Braille, LUSH, Olay's Quench Cream (new), and Burt's Bees Coconut Foot Cream.

In the shower at the very end use a scrub and then after put on a lot of Vaseline or something like that, then put on some socks and don't take them off till like an hour. or just sleep with them on. Try it. It really works. Maybe not the first day ,but after a week for sure.
