I got this from a book called 'The Clique' if you know it. Honestly, i think people would choose friends that secretly hate you because they dont want to be lonely. what do you think?

Your self-esteem plays a big part in this. I don't have any friends right now. I have co-workers, family members and church members. I have always watched friends stab other friends in the back down through the years and I have since decided that being friendless is the best way to go. I am a very confident, well-educated woman who doesn't need others to make me who I am. I go to lunch, I go to the mall, I go all types of places by myself (if my husband isn't available) and I don't feel lonely.

This is a Catch 22. If the so called friends secretly hate you, then you have no friends to begin with.

friendless.... what's the point of having people around you who hate you?
that's just crazy.... a dog would make a better companion than a person who doesnt like you.

I choose friendless. I am somewhat of a loner anyways, so it would be no big deal.

If someone secretly (or openly) hates you, that person is not your friend. Move on to greener pastures because this would be like chewing on dead straw.

i would rather be friendless cuz you can meet new people ANYWHERE. and having people that you kno hate you feels just the same.

I would rather have no friends. I cannot imagine telling somebody my feelings, thoughts, etc. and then find out they hated me.
