Napoleon died in 1821 in St Helena supposedly of stomach cancer, however some believe he was poisoned.

St Helena. Though in Water lu he tried to kill himself with taking poision that would killed men because he thought of himself to be of Super human. HIs body rejects the poision. Thats what saved him was his ego.
