the statue of liberty a mulatto? European Queens with African sex slaves and producing mulatto heirs? A Spaniard and an African wandering around Mexico? Ham's descendats were cursed by Noah to be slaves? why is it that Black people get so little credit for the thing we disserve but get all our mistakes and misfourtunes thrown in our face?

It's the money and the competition which rules everything. Since competition encourages creation of groups of 'them' and 'us', the easier it is to tell 'them' from 'us', then the easier it is to compete.
As long as we let people use money to represent living people's work and lives, then there will be people using money to devalue and destroy anything and anyone who is different than they think they are.
If you want change, keep it in your pocket. Your dollar is your vote and the machines don't count.

Just go ask the white victims of Katrina and all the victims of Rita who is getting looked over. Why is it that when a black person tries to rise above his/her surroundings, the rest of the black community tears him/her down? Alan Keyes, Condoleeza Rice, Clarence Thomas, Thomas Sowell to name a very few. I believe everyone should be assessed on how they treat their fellow man, not by the way they look. I also think many people are too defensive nowadays, that they look to be insulted. The Statue of Liberty a mulatto? What the hell are you talking about? She always looked kind of manish to me. Your other examples are kind of kooky. The reason Ham's descendants were cursed to be slaves was because of Ham's disrespect of his father after they left the ark, not because he had mulatto children!(of course, did you ever think it was not the color of their skin, but the fact that they did not share the same faith as Noah?)

?? I wish I knew the correct answer to that question, but in a way I feel that we were somewhat responsible and just have quite a bit of ground to cover and make up. I think with the whole America thing our ancestors were exposed to some thing new and deceived and just followed suit from then on. God Gave all of us free will to make decisions and reason. Although the bible says something about being cursed I don't think that meant forever.

Why is it people like you can't let go of the race thing and go on with life? I suppose you want slavery reparations too........White people go thru the same stuff too, you're just too focused on the "underpriveleged minorities" to see that no matter what race you are there are going to be challenges and disappointments. Deal with life as it comes...........
