i am having trouble sending emails.?

I have a webisite for my business at Yahoo.I have customers at my business that give me their email addresses and want me to send the specials I have at work. But the list has grown so much I have to take hours to send them out and I was told that I am probably being put on some sort of blacklist as a spammer,Help! what can I do?

write to their E-mail, send a message, Like this: "will get back to you in one or two days". By why don't you hire a helper??
