ok i found out on tuesday i have a yeast infection and i was put on cream to use vagi. for 7 days everynight.. she said we could still baby dance and try..
but my question is.. we would have sex then i would put the cream in before bed.. how does the cream affect the swimmers.. wont it make it impossable for the to swim and be where they need to be??
what are the odds???

and the doc said we could keep trying even though i have infection.. i was just wondering what were my chances of conceiving while taking the cream?

If you had sex before you put the cream in, it should be okay. They would have had a chance to make their way up somewhat.
But I wouldn't count on concieving last week, because a vaginal yeast infection is not the best environment for sperm, and the cream would not help matters.

You should never have sex while you have a yeast infection. You should wait until after you finish all med first. If you have a yeast infection and you have sex, your partner can get it. Even though he might not have any symptoms. Once you are cleared up, and you have sex with him again, you can get it back from him. Then you go through the whole process again with the itching, the treatment, and the doctor. Then you two will be passing it back forth. So just wait until you get cleared up and have him to go get tested also.
