"Big Money," Maybe you should try "blanking" your thoughts, and then start thinking about a bunch of different things in your life, one by one, and see how they make you feel. Once you hit the thing that is stressing you out, your body will react negatively somehow (sudden tension!), and that will be your signal that it's the thing that's upsettting you. Don't know if that will help, but it's what i sometimes do...

my divorce...is not not letting me live only, she squeezed out blood from me for 10 years wen together now i left her, she still is after my life.... cant she give me peace.

weekends make me tense....even though I love them dearly my husband and daugther are around and I can't get my head into people this weekend..would like to just read or something..but everytime I do somebody bugs me
