first of all excercise, then try cutting things like noodles, rice, sphegetti (the flour stuff) and don't eat any junk/fried/oily food. eat more veges but don't totally cut the meat cuz thats unhealthy, make sure u eat a breakfast tho, its good for u. eat a slightly bigger breakfast, a smaller lunch and a small dinner. the breakfast u hav a whole day to use up the food and lunch is just to get u through but dinner since a few hours later u'll be sleeping then don't eat so much. don't eat snacks and just eat 3 meals or eat very little but many meals. see which one works for u.
i'm not sure if u can loose 10 pounds this way but it'll help

Bar none, I recommend the Isagenix 9-Day cleanse if you're looking for a quick fix that lasts. I'm male, but two of my female friends did it with me. Don't eat or at least try not to.
I've been doing it every since like two weeks ago, I have eaten but not much.
It seems to be working, although I haven't weighed myself, but I can see the difference.

Why do you want to lose ten pounds in 2 weeks anyway? whatever, but you should eat fruits and a lot of protien, like chiken and potatoes and stuff, it's more heathy to eat then to starve yourself.
