No, Paris is not a male or the product of operations. She was born female. In her circles it would be impossible for her to have undergone a sex-change op from male to female and it not be known and already leaked out.
I just can't understand why someone with her position and wealth isn't out doing something noble with her life instead of increasingly becoming a common public tramp (I wanted to use a four-letter word here beginning in "s" but Yahoo censored it).
