If the question is actually how many CUBIC centimeters are in 716 liters, I can answer it for you.

1 cubic centimeter = 1 milliliter

There are 1000 milliliters in 1 liter.

716 liters would equal 716,000 cubic centimeters.

Don't you mean how many centiliters? Or do you mean how many cubic centimeters? or have you been given measurements for a container and need to work out how many cm high it would be filled?

We need more information

You are not being serious, are you?

One is length, the other is volume. However, there are 1000 CUBIC centimeteres in a litre, if that helps.
