firstly u need to resize your photos, u can download a free program to do this.
to invite people, search for a profile then add them as your friend.

All you have to do is a search and look for your friends or just hit invite or add to friends. The people you invite will decide if they want to be added or not. Hope this helps.

Its more like who DOESNT have one...I suggest you erase everything in your Edit Profile section and start over...Its easier than it sounds..:]
