it's geting colder, what type and color shirts can I wear with it?
Or should I just put them away until next year?

Only my opinion...I like Capri's in the Spring or Summer. I think when it starts to get a little colder that Capri's should be stored.
Also, Capri's can cut the length of your look. In the Summer that's fine, but a full length pant can make you look longer and leaner.

I'm still wearing mine, but I added hose and switched to a clog as a shoe. Any shirt you choose will be fine with beige.
