If you are in the UK the Stain devils are good for this...I have used it on my leather settee at home.....there is one specifically for Biro pen....put some on a dry rag and just dab it over the mark, it may take a few goes, but it will come off!!

I work for a rent to own company, and quite often we get leather furniture back with stains or ink marks. Rubbing alcohol on a soft cloth, or a cotton ball usually does the trick, depending on what kind of ink.

If you use rubbing alcohol, you'll need to put leather conditioner over it, as, you know, alcohol is drying.

So long as it is leather and not suede - try rubbing some unused cooking oil over the pen marks e.g. Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil.

Try ACETONE -FREE nail polish remover.Be very careful with ordinary nail polish remover and hairspray as they could take the colour out of the leather

Hairspray, on a ball of cotton wool or a soft cloth. Work inwards rather than round and round.

To get it off I think you should try nail poilsh remover because it works on permanent marker so it should work with pen.
