It depends on the filter. Some filters have a no override feature that means you cannot stop the filter unless you uninstall it and then you will need the password used to set up the account.
I would add that if there is a filter on your computer, then it is there for a reason. My advice to you is to reconsider trying to look at pornography. Why are you wanting to look at it so badly? Some people would disagree, but I know from experience that porn can develop into a very bad habit that is really hard to break. All it serves to do is stain your moral judgement. I hope you take this into consideration when you think about looking at porn.

Yah, use a proxy server. But if porns blocked, so is a proxy lol.
tools, internet options, content, settings. unblock.
or type proxy server in a search engion.
