I gave to that Jack Clark a scaned copy of my birth certificate and identiti card. I do not have bancking acounts or credit cards. So he can not take money from me because I do not put them in a bank. What can he do with the information I give him in e-mail? I can not change my certificate, my CNP or my adresse. Please help! And thank you to all that answered me ...

i think you need the police involved in this one.
It may be a case of someone stealing your identity now and using it for all sorts of illegal purposes.
Please PLEASE do not do this ever again.
Change your phone number as well for a start.

Do not delete the emails he has sent or you have sent as the police may need to see copies.

Inform the Police fraud squad.

Your personnal details can be used to set up bogus bank accounts, take out loans, apply for credit cards, falsify passports and welfare fraud. If you don't tell the police you may suddenly find the heavies at the door looking to reposses all sorts of things that have been assigned to your name and address and you won't know a thing about any of it.

In this day and age of terrorism the only option is to tell the police what has happened. You may feel stupid for a while but you will find the Police very reseptive to the information.

Call the police!!
this guy can do A LOT with that info!!!!! he can get your SS # and open Credit cards in your name.
This could be the start of identity theft!
CALL THE POLICE NOW!!!!

case of stolen identity if you leave it to long without informing the police and things happen you try and prove its not you its very difficult as they have your name on everything contact them asap

he can use them to get ID made with himself in picure start own bank accounts and get credit cards in your name max them out and companies will think it was you.call the cops if you think it was a scam
