I think you should have a tip of the day section, along with current articles featuring the most recent fashion/beauty events. Also your own top 10 list of the best dressed celebs of the minute.

-have a program where a user can upload their picture and try on different hairstyles.
-have pictures of celebrities and how to achieve their look.
-include new trends. Like for fall, what colors are in, types of pants, leggings, boots.....wants in for winter....(and then have a poll like who likes skinny jeans, who hates huge purses) you can also, include what body type these trends do look good on.
-you could even have a section where your users can try to predict next seasons trends or even next years trends...maybe they can win certain points. maybe have a point system like yahoo. the more information a user adds, the more points they have.
-beauty finds (new, amazing, products you find or users email you about.)
-give tips based on body type, skin tone...
-have a section for the latest coupons or sales that are going on for beauty products. this can be a forum
-tip of the day
-fashion news articles like who won on Project Runway, or what so and so wore to the oscars. You can have users send in articles.
-pictures of celebrity plastic surgery gone wrong
-rate beauty supplies. what hair straightener is the best? what blow dryer is the best?
-pictures of fashion around the world

I would appreciate tips from actual makeup artists. I would like to see the comparisons on make up and maybe destroying some myths that high end make up is always better???
I look for ward to seeing this site. Keep us posted and good luck.

No, yet i did attempt to many cases to eat soup with a spoon, particularly if a soup is thick (you could thicken the soup effectively through including some flour). It takes extra time, so I take excitement in it longer

A lot of make up tips. Most women have trouble matching colors to their complexion.
