If there is a planetary reason for this, it would depend on just what planets you have in Scorpio in your astrological chart. I know that, back in 2001 Pluto was starting a run through Scorpio, and I am 9* Scorpio rising. In a three month span my husband left me with 2 children, my house was flooded by a tropical storm, my dog was taken off to the pound, my car broke down, and my house (during repairs) was broken into and all of my tools for the repairs were stolen(including a brand new air compressor)!!
My astrology teacher was raped when she had a Pluto transit!!
If it is a problem with a transiting influence, don't worry, just ride it out. It won't last forever. And getting through tough times only serves to make you stronger, even though you may not think you can make it one more day...it does get better.

Yes it is because of the planets, you are in alignment with Libra at the moment, so if you know any, stick close. They may be able to give you guidance.
It may at first seem like a bad year, but actually most of the things happening to you are ultimately for your benefit. There will be periods of change which will feel rough whilst you go through this transitionally period, but by the start of next year you will reflect back and see how this was for your ultimate benefit.

Im a scorpio and my life is usually crap,but this year is not to bad I got the house i wanted had a few small wins on the lottery in general things are not to bad.

My ex was a Scorpio. I'd say he is doing pretty darn well for someone who just left a 3 year relationship. My current Scorpio infatuation is having a financially rewarding year. His parents recently bought him a house and he's doing great at work.

You would have to get a complete chart and see what transits are affecting your chart. If it has been an upsetting year you may especially want to look at aspects from Saturn, Uranus and Pluto (although the status of Pluto is now suspect). Mars could also cause some distress.
You could get a birth chart from astrology.net. You should get an ephemeris to see where the planets are located for each day.

No, I have had the best year of my life.
I got married to a wonderful lady, payed for my new home cash and saw my folks back in the UK for the first time in 2 years...A most excellant year for this Scorpio.

I'm a Scorpio and I just recently left my girlfriend but actually feel very liberated about it. I also had two amazing trips to America, one of which is easily in my Top 10 trips of all time. All in all I would say it's been a rather good year.

Well, on Nov.21st for one Scorpio I know of, it will get rather better, so do not give up I thought I was having a bad year & I`m Capricorn.
