There could be several factors including getting more tracks on the CD. Maybe even changing a few that is already on there. First and foremost, music artist have to heed what their record label says and also how the good music artist feels about their songs, album cover, promo towards it. Surely it will be out just give it a minute.

probaly cause he realizes most of the songs suck so he's making new songs
