I mean mine our dark and they saty around all day and believe you have probably never seen dark circles this dark?

If they are that dark try using a white eyeliner pencil under the concealer. Blend the pencil then add concealer and blend again. Use a makeup sponge.

It would not hurt to try one of those lipstick tubed zit concealers because it is much more concentrated.

i use revlon concealers they seem to work great but im an aussie so i dont now what they would be called where you are but anything from revlon is just magic
