i do not think this is an issue any more more than half the female population is working ;outside the home now.

Somewhat still. Women still are "fill in the blanks". Men are still the ones running the goverment and economy. Just look at the fortune 500. It's so bad, they had to give us women a seperate section just so we could be listed.

because we will ALWAYS be the ones to put our families first. Its why we get paid less, its worth it for the flexibility.
