Why do you think they are staying away from us and not landing, they know what were like already.

No one can disprove or prove alien existence, but surly among all those billions of stars there is a good chance of there being life some where in that lot. Intelligent or otherwise, as to whether they get along with each other is academical.

I did have a conversation with an alien once:
I was in the kitchen with my wife, and looking through the window we saw this flying saucer coming down in our backyard, it was 11 pm. and this E.T. came out:
I said hello what's up! The E.T. looked at me and said thank good you speak English, and kept on going saying that they were doing a survey on other beings to be informed how it is done the way of self reproduction. I told the E.T. first you must tell me how you do it, then I show you ours. All right said the E.T. It took out a pebble from its pocket touched it with the finger and a new baby alien came out. Now it's your turn it demanded. I undress my wife and had sex with her in front of it. It waited a while then asked me: What happen now? Now we have to wait 9 months for the baby to come out. Then It told me: Then why you were in such a hurry!

no, they already know we don't get along with each other let alone with them. they don't even care and why should they. don't they take us and dissect us? maybe too much t.v. but it's still scary. the universe is so damn vast, it would be foolish to think we are alone. because we don't see it that means it doesn't exist? strange.

the problem with your question is what you see on TV all them aliens getting along just fine.
