As a Detroit Tigers fan, I am shock that the Tigers did not win the Central Division and that they lost three games in a row against the Kansas City Royals.

I am proud to a REAL Tiger fan (unlike someone I know. *cough cough*).

The Tigers are still going to the playoffs, and as a REAL Tiger fan that pleases me.

Regardless of what happens I am proud of what they have done this year. Considering they lost 119 games 3 years ago, this has been a huge step for the future.

whoa, sounds like the only beldin is nothing but a jealous whinny sux fan.

Yeah it would have been nice to see the Tigers win the crown, but I am content with them just having a great season and being in the playoffs since a long time. Especially after that horrendous season a few years ago. But I love my Tigers, so best of luck to them.

Hey, Georgie showed up? He can pull that true Tiger fan crap all he wants; they're meat in the playoffs.

What a bunch of hacks the Tigers turned out to be. All they needed was to beat the worst team in baseball ONCE at home in three tries to win the division title and avoid the Yankees in the ALDS. The White Sox gift-wrapped the division title for them, taking two of three from Minnesota in the Metrodome, and the assclowns in Detroit couldn't even take one game from a team that was mathematically eliminated on April 18.

Hell, they should hand their playoff berth to someone else. We thought the Cardinals were limping into the playoffs; the Tigers are crawling in.

Yankees will slaughter them unmercifully.

I am a little upset because the title was ours and we let it slip away. Give KC credit they came from behind in 2 of the games. I still will take the wild card berth first playoff appearance in 19 years. Let's go to NY go Tigers!

I'm almost glad they lost today--if they would have won I would have missed the first playoff game because it would have been Tues. afternoon and I have to work. Now it will be Tuesday night so I can see it, lol! Go Tigers!

just be thankful that they are in the playoffs for once and not a terrible team like a few years ago when they lost 100 games. At least they are playing in October.

English... it should be the devil's language... oh, seem! devil spelled backward is lived! And seem spelled backward is kool! Yeah, that's the paintings of jebus... it quite is subej spelled backward... they're in simple terms words (properly, except for jebus and subej!) which have developed through the years into the English language. each and every note might want to be spelled backward... would not recommend it has a secret meaning.

Hey, don't dog my Royals.
If ya wouldn't have looked past em, ya mighta got the division crown simply by winning just one of the three games.
