if i were a guy and my girlfriend lied to me, first off its according to what she lied about.
if it was a big lie, but not a big deal. then, just talk to her about it. tell her that you dont appreciate her lying and you would never lie to her. therefore, you dont want her to lie to you. plus, you want her to confront you about anything. good or bad.
if she lied about something that was a big deal. then talk to her still. but if its a "close the deal" kinda lie. let her go. wihthout honesty, there's no relationship. cause you cant trust a liar. and trust is the foundation of a realationship.

I would 1st wonder why she felt she needed to lie, then when it got to be too much for me to handle I'd ask her why she lied.
Sometimes people lie because they maybe afraid of what the other person will think of them if they had to tell the truth about something that will hurt or change the way they will look at them.

If you love her, you should try to forgive her. Don't just say you forgive her, but really do it. If you don't believe you are capable of forgiving her, leave. It rarely helps to give her a dose of her own medicine because it shows that you are on her level, and you always have to display behavior that suggests your piety and superiority. If she's a decent person in any respect, she'll consider this and try harder to be on your level which is obviously above lies and deception.

Well I would wonder how badly was it and than I would let her know straight that the friendship ws over or tell her that we can work on the friendship or that she will have to earn the trust that she lost

Im sorry to hearken to that. I would confront her about it and then I would kick her to the curb.
There is an old saying " fool me once shame on you , fool me twice shame on me" If she is lying to you what makes you think she wont cheat on you as well?
