Problem adding details to the question I ask?

Have been trying to add extra details to my question which has replies but when I click on 'submit' nothing happens.Help!

MAKE SURE YOU CLICK EDIT QUESTION THEN CLICK PREVIEW THEN CLICK SUBMIT .....HOPE THIS HELPS

Click on the 1 to the left of it, then wipe back to the right, iv'e had this trouble.
