Just go out side and get some fresh air,
talk with friends of whom you think will care,
life is hard and rough,
but think of things that could be worse
then what is troubling you now.
Friends are the ones who really care
they come into your life and let you know
they are there, even when you don't see them
right close to where you are now, just know they
are there for you right in your heart and they will
tell you they care but mostly they show you
they care right from their heart even when
you are a part.
Take care friend

I felt the same way...I'm dealing with several crises right now and actually last night I called a 24-hour crisis line. I was on the phone with them for like 5 hrs but you know what? Today I feel so much better and feel I can better tackle the issues right now...

Sorry to hear your weekend was not great. When I have a bad experience,I always look at it as a lesson in life, and I try to learn from that bad experience, and let it make me stronger, rather than letting it weaken me.I hope you feel better soon.

Call someone who is a good listener and spill it all and you will feel better just by sharing it all with someone you trust.
