Doing the best they can isn't enough, not to mention the fact that teams like the Colts get calls that a team like the Texans wouldn't. And no this has nothing to do with anything that happened today. If you're not going to answer my question don't fuucking respond.

Yes. The NFL is a giant corperation and they need to work harder at getting better officials. Durring the Chargers-Ravens game, they called face masking (15 yard kind) when a chargers' hand just brushed a ravens' face mask. That is just one of many bad calls I've seen in just 4 weeks. They need to pay guys to be only officials. (they have enough money to pay these guys enough) They would just practice officiating (watching film and stuff) in the off season, and should even be tested periodically. In the NFL football is a business and should be treated as such.

Last time I looked, the officials were human beings. Yea, it sucks if a game gets decided by a call no doubt.
Anybody that thinks it's an easy task having to make a judgement in real time on the field (not in front of a tv with slow mo replays) needs to try it....just once.

Absolutely. I believe you may have coined a new word, "dumbassery". I kinda like it, very descriptive.

they have a very difficult job to do and the game is now very fast. They do the best they can so quit blaming the refs.
