She doesn't. All she's done is be the heir to a multi-billion dollar hotel company and be in a ton of TV shows. She shouldn't be recognized for anything. That's not the type of person who deserves any type of fame.

I am certain she does not deserve fame. The fame she gets is for being a self obsessed wanna be with tons of money and a name that gets it for her. Sad really that we pay any attention!

The entertainment media corps has a short list of fame requirements. Looks is number one; campy irrelevance is two; lots of money for the masses to adulate OR be jealous over-- but to obsess about in any event-- is three.
That's why she's famous.
And, yeah, I think it sucks too.

1. Daddy's money
2. Numerous accounts of plastic surgery
3. Stupidity beyond rational belief

The fame a person has is not really under their control. It is their fans, who really make their names and reputaion known. If no one paid attention to them, they would just be ordinary people.
