No one knows. Don't know who the Democrat person will be, but I have a feeling that like the last two elections it will be a lessor of two evils choice again.

Probably John McCain - at least if the Republicans are smart that's who they'll nominate since he's probably the only one in their party that would get any kind of favorable ratings from Democrats. He's not without his faults, standing up for Bush and kissing Jerry Falwell's a** recently, but he still stands a better chance of getting elected than say, Rudy or Bill Frist or some of those other losers they have. Whoever they run though, will no doubt be a sacrificial lamb and fall to the Democratic candidate. But, should he win, McCain would probably be the lesser of all the evils.

Rudy would be a possiblity, and a strong one, maybe the strongest one.Watch and see.Im keeping my eye on Romney, but don't think he will have the money to hang with McCain or Rudy. And let's face it, last man standing at the end is the one who has the most money in either party. Rudy and McCain would bring in votes from both sides, especially since the best the Dems can come up with is Gore, Hillary and Kerry.

Huckabee or Romney would be my guess.McCain is possible though he is not in great standing with the base.Rudy doesn't work in the Midwest you are right. Their could be an upset candidate if Cheney steps down before election time a new VP would certainly be considered the front runner.

I'm rooting for Rudy.

Personally, I don't care that he's a moderate liberal Republican. I think he'd make an amazing president. And it appears as though the Republican party IS endorsing him.
