yes you can it means changing the steering column and the dash etc but if you remove the dash board and internal equipment you will see the electrics are already in place it is just knowing the layout that is all , when a vehicle like BMW is in production it is designed to be both left and right hand drive and the final touches are made for the specific nation it is destined for , good luck and have fun wih the electrics the rest is a peace of piss ....

Wwell I must say yes, but it will not be easy. Thereis a lot to consider here. Least to say money.
You will need to change everything with the stearing.
The Stearing box
The linkage
You will have to move all the wiring
Drill a big hole in the dash so the new column will fit,
Change the dash so the glove box and the heater core is now on the other side.
My advice
DONT even try.

Why bother. Is it because of increased insurance ? Have you got it real cheap, if so YES it is possible, Otherwise keep it .
