I won't let my boys play with toy weapons, yet. They're too young. if i do they will treat the toy gun with the same respect as a real gun.

I agree with the brats thing. I guess they want little girls to play with little slu+ dolls.
I also think the ferbies, tickle me Elmo, and any thing else that talks is evil, but who don't? I played with toy guns all the time when I was a kid, I haven't killed anything but a bug. I got my first real gun when I was 11. It was a pellet riffle though, but hey, it shot stuff. I ALWAYS treated it as if it where pumped and loaded.

I played with toy guns from the time I could walk and I'm no killer. In fact, I'm a paramedic. I got my first real gun at about 10 and was taught to treat it as if it were loaded at all times. My 2 boys are the same. My 10 year old plays paintball and I take him on trukey hunts sometimes. My 2 year is playing with his GI Joe's right now. Of course, he's biting his head

D&D, War Video Games, Guns, Knives (play plastic), Jack Knives, B.B. Guns and Darts. I also dislike Harry Potter and toys and such associated items. Some toys can be harmless if they are taught correctly, and harmfull if used aggressivly. Case in point a play car with steering wheel and horn= could be used aggressivly to yell at people and "run em over" or peacefully riding along taking their pet (stuffed animal) for a ride. So some things have to do with up-bringing.

I don't let my boys play with toy guns. even with the toy gun being a different color I still do not like the idea of them pretending to kill some one or animals.
I think Ugeo or Pokemon (I may not be spelling it right) I think could be a bad role model too.
