Bright colors! try wearing a tank top undre a sweatshirt with the neck cut really wide. Your shoulder will pop through the neck, thats how it's supposed to be. Also, try mini skirts with leggings underneath, ankle socks, and big chunky plasic jewelry. Your makeup should be kinda outrageous. Do you eyes big, with eyeshadow way over the edge of your eyes.

Anything with buckles or embellishment that are over the top would do...Jelly shoes would be great. Anything geometric in shape for jewellery, and makeup ...I'm drawing a blank...lots of eyeliner, Blue??? Purple... what ever you like, your choice.

Pink heels, leg warmers, black spandex, baggy sweater, and chunky jewelry. Also don't forget, bright blue and pink eye shadow.
